We run cold email, LinkedIn and SMS outreach end to end — researched targeting, copy, sending infrastructure we own, and reply handling — so your team gets booked meetings, not just another tool to manage.
Both. You can run it as a managed retainer where we operate the whole motion, or have us build the system and hand it to your team. The deliverability infrastructure underpins either option.
We send on dedicated domains and mailboxes we own and warm, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly and volume managed per inbox. Protecting your primary domain's reputation is built into the setup.
Every account is researched and the targeting is filtered before a single send. We optimise for qualified replies and protected deliverability, not raw volume — which is what makes outbound compound instead of burning your domain.
GTM motion · Where Empra began
We reach your buyers directly, at scale, without burning your domain or your brand. Run it as a retainer, have us build it into your team, or lean on the deliverability infrastructure underneath both.
Since day one
Before the AI roles, the paid media and the CRM rebuilds, there was one job: get a cold message in front of the right buyer and turn it into a meeting. Everything else Empra does grew out of making this one motion actually work.
It is still the sharpest thing we do.
How to work with us
The infrastructure underneath
Every number on this page depends on one thing: your email reaching a person. We own and manage the sending infrastructure so it does. Dedicated IPs, isolated lanes, private warmup and domain rotation, monitored around the clock.
See how deliverability worksEvery channel, one motion
We reach buyers wherever they actually respond, then handle the replies that need a human.
The system, step by step
Six steps from cold market to booked meeting. No shortcuts, no black boxes.
We build your ideal customer profile from first principles: industry, headcount, tech stack, buying triggers. Then we map the data signals that predict when a prospect is in motion, a new hire, a funding round, a product launch. That is when to send.
Prospects are sourced against the ICP, enriched with verified contact data, and scored. We do not bulk-buy lists. Every record is checked before it enters a sequence, because a bad list is the fastest way to ruin deliverability.
We write the sequences. Short, specific, referenced to the signal we found. A three or four touch sequence that earns a reply rather than demanding one. Every step is reviewed by a human before it goes out.
All sends go through dedicated sending domains and IPs we manage. Private warmup pools, domain rotation, bounce handling and reputation monitoring run continuously. Nothing shared with any other client.
When a prospect replies, a person reads it. Positive signals are routed to your calendar. Objections get a considered response. Nothing is auto-replied or handled by a bot, because a mis-handled reply loses the meeting you already earned.
Weekly performance review: open rates, reply rates, meeting rates broken down by sequence, persona and channel. We run structured tests, one variable at a time, and fold the learnings back in. The system compounds.
Everything in scope
A complete motion, not a partial service you piece together yourself.
Honest fit check
Outbound works when the economics make sense, the ICP is defined, and the team is willing to treat it as a system rather than a campaign. We will tell you on the first call if we think it is the right move.
Where outbound usually fails
Most outbound failures are infrastructure and process failures. Not budget, not market size, not the product.
More sends do not mean more meetings. Above a threshold they mean more spam complaints, a worse sender reputation, and a dead domain. We see this repeatedly with companies that tried to shortcut list quality and sequence specificity.
Your primary domain is a business asset. One deliverability incident can take it years to recover. Outbound should always run on dedicated subdomains and separate sending infrastructure. This is not optional.
Deliverability degrades. Inbox providers update their algorithms, new domains need re-warming after a break, and reputation needs active maintenance. Teams that "set it up once" typically notice the problem six months later when reply rates drop to under 1%.
An opener that could have been sent to anyone gets treated like spam, because it is. The best-performing sequences reference something specific to the prospect: a recent hire, a product launch, a public statement. That specificity requires real research and thoughtful copy.
A prospect who replies with mild interest is not yet booked. An auto-reply that sends a Calendly link immediately loses the room. Reply handling is a skill, and skipping the human gate is where most of the conversion gap lives.
Ownership, your call
Both options end with the same outcome: a functioning outbound system. The difference is who operates it.
The numbers behind the claim
Every number below is ours, measured across the clients we have run outbound for since day one. No invented benchmarks.
Common questions
Most clients see the first replies in week two of the first sequence. Booked meetings typically follow in weeks three and four. The ramp depends on your ICP density and how quickly we nail the sequence copy, which is why we run a structured review at the end of week one.
It is the aggregate reply rate across all client campaigns in our managed service, measured across 1.6 million sends. Individual results vary by market, ICP, and sequence quality. We share the methodology on the call so you can assess it honestly for your own targets.
We always set up dedicated sending subdomains. Your primary domain never touches cold email. We buy, configure and warm the sending domains, manage DKIM/SPF/DMARC, and keep them isolated from your main brand presence.
On the retainer, we run the motion and you get meetings. On the buildout, we install the entire system inside your team and hand over the keys. The retainer suits teams that want to keep GTM lean. The buildout suits teams that want to own the capability permanently.
Yes. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and most others. We enrich and score records inside your existing system. If your CRM is a mess, we will tell you before we start, because a bad data foundation will blunt any outbound motion.
AI assists with research and first drafts. A person writes and reviews every sequence before it sends. That is not a throwaway caveat: the human review step is the reason our copy performs. Unreviewed AI copy reads like unreviewed AI copy, and reply rates reflect it.
