Data & Research · The engine
We don't trust one provider. We pool 20+ of them and our own scrapers, cross-reference every record, then double verify before a single contact ships. This is the engine under both offers.
The pooling model
No single tool sees the whole market. So we pool many, cross-reference what they each return, and resolve them into one record you can trust. The best of all of them, cross-checked.
We query 20+ data providers and run our own scrapers, so no single source decides what you can reach.
Every match is checked against the others. Agreement wins, conflicts get resolved, gaps get filled from the next source.
Two independent checks before a contact ships. Only what passes both becomes a record you can send to.
Nine of the 20+ sources we pool. Plus our own scrapers, cross-referenced and double verified.
The coverage proof
Take the same ICP. Run it through one provider and you get a hundred contacts. Pool the sources, cross-reference and verify, and the same search returns 150 to 170 real, reachable people.
That is 50 to 70% more of your market, found and verified, from the exact same brief.
Same input. 50 to 70% more real contacts, double verified.
Double verification
Finding more contacts only helps if they're real. So no record reaches you until it clears two independent checks. What can't be verified twice never makes the list, which is how bounces stay near zero and your sending reputation stays clean.
The same standard that keeps Outbound landing in the primary inbox.
The contact is confirmed across more than one provider before we trust it, not pulled blind from a single feed.
A real-time check on the deliverable email itself, run again at send time, so the address is valid the day it goes out.
Personalisation, built in
A verified email is the floor, not the finish. Every lead arrives with around seven personalised variables: a recent funding round, a live job posting, a tool in their stack, a post they wrote, a launch, a new market. Real context, so your first line is never generic.
We generate those variables with ReplyLabs, the tool we built to do this ourselves, alongside the email verification on every record.

Data decays the moment it's collected. People move, titles change, companies grow. So the engine doesn't stop at delivery: it keeps every record current.
Every contact is re-enriched on a cycle. Six months by default, or any cadence you set. Titles, fields and verification are all refreshed.
Between cycles we watch for job changes and key account movements. When one fires, that record is re-enriched early, before it ever goes stale.
Run it for you
You've seen how it works. Here is how to put it to work: net-new prospects on tap, or your existing CRM kept clean and current.
