UNCHAIN is a flagship fintech and Web3 conference that brings together founders, investors, and executives from across Central and Eastern Europe. The event runs annually and sells two products before the doors open: delegate tickets and sponsorship packages. Its reputation rests on the calibre of its speaker lineup and the deals that get made between investors and founders across two intensive days.
The challenge
An event has a fixed date and two things to sell before it arrives: seats and sponsorships. UNCHAIN needed qualified pipeline for both, two years running, without the volume spam that burns a brand before the doors open.
What we built
We ran researched, personalised outbound across the 2025 and 2026 cycles, targeting attendee and sponsor ICPs on owned sending infrastructure. Across nearly 100,000 sends over the two editions, the work generated 521 interested replies for UNCHAIN to convert into tickets and sponsor conversations.
