Turning a sticky product's funnel into a machine
Chaser lets teams manage work directly inside Slack — no separate tool, no context switch. We rebuilt the automation and CRM behind the signup flow so far more of the people who tried it actually installed and paid.

About the client

Chaser is a Slack-native task management tool that lets teams create, assign, and track work inside the channels they are already in. By removing the context switch that kills adoption in traditional project management tools, Chaser sees four times higher adoption than standalone alternatives. There is no separate login, no onboarding, and no training required.
The challenge
Chaser had a genuinely sticky product and strong adoption numbers once people were in — but speed was leaking signups before they ever got there. On active duty the average time from signup to first touch was four hours, long enough for a new user to go cold before anyone reached them.
What we built
We rebuilt the automation and CRM around speed to lead, added SMS as a new channel alongside email, and tightened every step in the path from signup to Slack install to paid subscription so the product's stickiness could finally do its job.
